1. Current payment status
A completed Stripe checkout buys one report for the website selected before payment. Analysis begins after payment is confirmed and the customer submits the report intake. The purchase is not a subscription.
2. What remains to be confirmed
The final policy must state:
- Whether an order can be cancelled before analysis starts.
- Whether any refund period applies to a completed digital report.
- What happens if Cite N Seek cannot produce the report or the deliverable is materially incomplete.
- How duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized payments, or fraud are handled.
- How a customer submits a request and how long review and payment reversal may take.
Do not infer a refund period or deadline that is not written here.
3. Problems with an order
If checkout charges you but the intake or private report does not open, do not purchase again. Keep the Stripe receipt, the website used, and the browser tab. A public support channel still needs to be published before broad launch.
Changing AI answers or a result the customer dislikes is different from failure to deliver the purchased report as described. The final policy must explain that distinction and any rights that still apply.
4. Rights that may apply
Consumer rights can vary by location and may not be waived by a website policy. The final version must be reviewed for the countries where Cite N Seek sells reports and must explain any required withdrawal rights or digital-content exceptions accurately.
