Draft pending legal review. The product behavior and price below are current, but the operator, public contact, governing law, liability terms, formal refund rules, and effective date must be completed before these terms are relied on as final.

1. Current status

Live forms can submit information to the Cite N Seek backend. Stripe checkout can create a one-time paid order when payment processing is available. Marketing sample reports remain illustrative and are labeled separately from private customer results.

2. The service

The free Vibe Check reads one public website and uses OpenAI to explain what the business appears to do, who it serves, what is unclear, and one first fix. It does not run a live recommendation search.

The $99 one-time report selects 10 customer questions and, at launch, checks them through OpenAI with live web search. It returns provider answers, outcomes, citations, competitors, evidence-based fixes, content ideas, a 30-day plan, and limitations. Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and live Microsoft Copilot checks are not included until production adapters are connected.

3. Fair and acceptable use

A customer should submit only websites and business information they are allowed to analyze. The service should not be used to break laws, invade privacy, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, mislead others, or overload the product.

Rules for automated use, resale, rate limits, and account suspension must be confirmed before launch.

4. Reports have limits

AI answers and search results can vary by time, location, wording, personalization, provider, and source availability. A report is a snapshot, not a promise of future visibility or business performance.

Recommendations are general product output, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions they make and for checking changes before publishing them.

5. Payments and report access

The paid report is advertised at $99 once, with no subscription. Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Report work begins after Stripe confirms payment and the customer submits the intake.

The private report opens in the browser that stores its access key; email delivery is not included at launch. Customers should keep the report tab and Stripe receipt. See the draft Refund Policy for unresolved refund details.

6. Availability and responsibility

Final warranty, service availability, indemnity, and liability language must be written for the chosen business model and jurisdiction. This draft does not impose a liability cap or waive legal rights.

7. Decisions still open

  • Contracting company and contact details
  • Who may use or buy the service
  • Exact paid deliverables and delivery timing
  • Billing, tax, cancellation, and refund rules
  • Accounts, rate limits, and suspension process
  • Intellectual-property and customer-content rules
  • Warranties, liability, indemnity, law, and disputes
  • Effective date and change notices

Review the offer before buying.

The paid-report page shows the current deliverables and connected provider coverage before Stripe checkout.
